Delete your account

First, cancel your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel a Premium subscription, because the store bills you, not us. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions. How cancelling works.

Delete it in the app

1. Open Allheard and go to Settings.
2. Tap Account, then Delete account.
3. Read what will be deleted, then confirm.

You are signed out straight away, and the deletion starts.

Or ask by email

Write to privacy@allheard.app from the email address of your Allheard account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We need it to come from that address so we know the request is yours. We reply to confirm, usually within two working days, and the deletion starts from our reply.

If you signed in with Apple and chose to hide your email, say so in your message and we will confirm the request with you another way before deleting anything.

What is deleted

• Your account and profile, your settings and your targets.
• Every meal, food, note and photo you logged, and every question you asked with its answer.
• All data imported from Garmin Connect, Apple Health, Health Connect and Withings.
• Your connections to those sources: we stop receiving data and delete the access we were given.
• Analytics and error reports linked to your account.

When

Your account disappears from the app straight away. Everything above is deleted from our servers and from our backups within 30 days.

What stays

• Your devices' own data. Garmin, Apple Health, Health Connect and Withings keep their copy. Deleting Allheard does not delete anything there.
• Purchase records held by Apple or Google, under their own policies.
• A record of your request: that an account was deleted and when, without your health data, so we can show we did it. We also keep anything else the law requires, for as long as it requires.
